FULL PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Nowadays all the cool brands seem to compete with who can create the most elaborate, most fancy, most scientific, and most expensive shooters belt. As the old timey mass-issue military gear makers we are we don’t really fit in with those cool kids. Instead, we decided to make a perfectly adequate and sensibly priced belt suitable for the sort of stuff the majority of military users need their belt for. The awesome thing about this belt is how ”good enough” it is, in the best sense of the expression.
The body of the belt is made from three layers of webbing, bartacked together to form PALS compatible channels for pouch attachment. The middle layer is extra thick and stiff stuff, giving the belt the rigidity needed to carry a pistol holster etc.
Note that this is not a stiff-as-steel competition shooters belts, nor intended to be one. The construction is sturdy, but still somewhat pliable. Although fully useable stand-alone, we recommend adding a suitable belt pad and/or harness when carrying heavier loads.
Adjustments are done using the buckle, with no hook-and-loop involved. The belt comes standard with a 2M FDR buckle. This is a good quality PA 6 plastic SR buckle, contoured to work nicely on a belt and truly good enough for most users. The buckle is very easy to replace with an AustriAlpin Cobra or such if you want to.
The adjustable webbing ends have pieces of One-Wrap to roll and secure them. If you truly hate using One-Wrap you can just use tape or get some of our elastic strap keepers instead.
PS: comes with a ~40 cm long piece of elastic cord, used to secure the bundled up belt and attach the product tag. Don’t throw this away, use it to craft something clever, such as elastic attachment loops for a harness!
Sizing
Each size offers 30 cm (12”) of quick adjustment to accommodate various layers of thick cold weather clothing and belt pads of varying thickness. The sizes overlap a bit and are based on the assumption that most people will be using some sort of belt pad, which eats up a bit of the belt length compared to wearing it directly on your body. Take the thickness of your clothing and possible belt pad into account when picking your size.
Size S-M: 18 PALS channels, adjustable from 76 to 111 cm (30 to 45”).
Size M-L: 22 PALS channels, adjustable from 92 to 127 cm (36 to 50”).
Size L-XL: 26 PALS channels, adjustable from 108 to 142 cm (42 to 56”).

Its a belt, a good belt. Nothing unnecessary. My opinion: a smart design and especially the combination with the valjas slim belt pad makes it a good choice for everybody who is looking for a endurable and adaptive equipment made in EU.
The belt is great. All you need for modern belt kit on a budget. I’m really glad a european manufacturer came out with such solid peace of gear. However, it isn’t perfect. The real color is different than in the pictures. What looks like ranger green belt with a coyote buckle is in fact a dark olive green with a brown buckle. Mine was also missing one of the strap keeping velcro bands. If color is not a dealbreaker for you, then i 100% recommend.
