Shipping policy
Valid from 20 April 2022 onwards
We ship to mainland Finland and EU countries.
Please note that orders cannot be delivered to military bases.
Orders are usually dispatched from our warehouse within 1-3 business days. Within Finland, delivery usually takes a few days to a week. Within the EU, most packages arrive within seven business days after dispatch. However, shipping times can vary depending on the carrier and destination. If a product is temporarily out of stock, we will send notification by e-mail. Once the package has been sent, you will be e-mailed a tracking code for following the path of the delivery. When the package is ready for pick-up, you will receive an arrival notification. Please provide your telephone number when placing the order.
Finn-Savotta Oy cannot be held liable for any indirect costs caused to the customer by delivery delays or purchase cancellations. However, consumer customers are entitled to invoke their rights under the Consumer Protection Act with regard to delays in product delivery.
After receipt of the delivery, the customer must immediately check that the delivery contains all ordered products. In the event of deficiencies in a product or delivery, our customer service (store@savotta.fi) must be notified as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days.

ORDERS
You can order our products from our online shop at www.savotta.fi. In the context of every order, we send an e-mail confirmation that lists the price of the order, shipping costs and the products ordered. Receipt of the order confirmation requires listing an e-mail address when placing the order. Upon every order, the customer must commit to the effective terms of delivery.
If you have a discount code to the online shop, enter the code in the designated field before confirming the order. As a general rule, you can only use the same discount code once, and the code must be valid when the order is placed. You cannot redeem a discount after making an order.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
You can cancel your order after payment if it hasn’t been processed yet. Cancellations can be made on the order confirmation page, in your customer profile, or via this link: Cancel order.
Once your order has been processed, it can no longer be cancelled.
Changes, such as adding or replacing products to your order after it has been paid, are not possible. If you wish to change the contents of your order, we recommend cancelling the order and then placing a new order with the correct products.
After cancellation, the total amount will be automatically refunded to your account, usually within 2 – 10 banking days, depending on your payment method and bank.
PRODUCT RETURNS
Customer returns within Finland must be handled through Posti using a return code.
Products ordered from the online shop can always be returned for 60 days, counting from the pick-up date of the order. The returned products must be unused, in the original packaging and fit for retail. All tags must still be attached to the products. The retail package must also be fit for retail, i.e. intact. In accordance with these conditions, product returns within Finland are free of charge for other products, except for tents, stoves and sauna benches. We charge a return fee (29,90 €) for the return of tents, stoves and sauna benches.
Regarding returns from abroad to Finland
The site generates a return label which you need to attach on top of the package. Then you need to leave the package to the nearest GLS point.
Please note that we deduct 10 € from the refund amount. This amount covers the return costs. If you are returning a tent, stove or sauna benches, please contact us by email at store@savotta.fi
The price of the purchase will be refunded once the product has arrived at the return address. Once the return has been accepted, the refund will be provided using the payment method of the original order. The customer will be refunded the price they originally paid for the product even if the product price has changed thereafter.
Neglecting or refusing to pick up or accept an order does not cancel the order or constitute exercising your right to return a product. Any return shipping costs caused by neglecting to pick up an order will be charged to the customer.
