The service is subject to the Act on the Provision of Digital Services, which requires that public web services be accessible. We strive to ensure compliance with this legislation, including laws 306/2019 and 104/2023.

  • Names, roles, and states of interactive elements may not be adequately defined, limiting accessibility for assistive technology users. (WCAG 4.1.2)

Content not covered by legislation

The Act on the provision of digital services (306/2019) does not apply to:

  • Maps
  • Content published in the service by users or other third parties, which are not produced, financed or controlled by the service provider itself
  • Attachment files published before September 23, 2018, such as pdf, Word, Excel and PowerPoint files
  • Video or audio recordings that were published before 23 September 2020
