Fits most common tourniquets from SOFTT-W to CAT Gen 7. Vertical PALS and belt and horizontal belt attachment options.
Quite simple, the pouch is made from a long piece of webbing with elastic webbing forming the sides and loops on the outside. The lid closes with hook-and-loop and offers adjustment range for tourniquets of different lengths including SOF, CAT Gen 7, SAM-XT etc.
The rear features our standard PALS attachment webbing system with tuck tabs. The attachment straps can also be woven into belt loops for 45-50 mm wide belts.
Two pieces of One-Wrap are included to allow horizontal attachment onto 45-50 mm wide belts, or equipment with side-by-side PALS webbing rows. If you don’t need these use them for something else, One-Wrap is pretty versatile stuff.

Very sturdy. The side loops for pens, glow sticks, etc. are a nice touch.
However, the ribbon really should be one MOLLE strip longer (i.e. 26mm more) to be able to fold back under the last one. Right now, it's hanging below and kinda in the way (see picture).
Improvement idea: a space for trauma sheers, with a snap-closed ribbon to hold the handle down. You can contact me for for details.

The pouch itself is sturdy and well-designed. However, the double-sided Velcro loops are skimpy; I ended up having to devise another way of securing the pouch horizontally.
