The rear features our standard PALS attachment webbing system with tuck tab. The attachment strap can also be woven into a belt loop for 45-50 mm wide belts.

Work well and as you'd expect! I bought an Victorinox multi tool, but had to add a pull chord to it, should've gotten a Leatherman instead. So the pouch got plenty of space in it.
I carry this pouch everyday for my job duties with my Leatherman Wave + and it is subjected to much more maltreatment than its owner. Here are the things that made me proceed to the purchase of the pouch and then later proved to be right about it.
Pro#1, overall ergonomics.
The pals system makes the pouch's easily adjustable for every situation.
In the concrete this means that I can wear it on my belt (which is 99% of the time) at the same height of my waistline and not above like the standard Leatherman Pouch. Why this matter to me? Simply because I do not always wear my shirt tucked into my pants, like in the summer. The non adjustable one I used kept rubbing against my waist skin when I had my shirt out of my pants. making it difficult not only to reach but also clumsy when I had to reach out to my tool in times of need.
Pro #2, tool accessibility.
The elastic bands make it easier to put your fingers to reach for a small-ish tools like the wave. The cover is easy to open especially when wearing a thick winter jacket and the bands allow the pouch to stretch and grab the tool no matter in which way I put it in.
Pro #3 quality.
Savotta puts their money where their mouth is and so do I when I buy things I need. In other words, no bullshit, guys, the quality is tangible. Since I cannot yet grow money in my backyard, my cash is better well-spent than wasted.
Pro #4 looks.
Dont' we all love some good 'ol tacticool looks, don't we? M05 Camo of the FDF blends my needs (and military fetish) with more-than-meets-the-eye solutions.
Cons? the pals system webbing could be a little (say 5.7 mm) longer for better use when I am strapping it to other things other than my belt...but maybe it's just me. In the end it's always better to be content with a good compromise overall than to bitch about the moon.
Conclusions:
A product built within a Nation that is currently and has always faced a BIG threat to its eastern front makes it credible when they say that good gear always saves your ass.
A perfect update to my BB. Holds xl-size multitool safe and easily available. The previous pouch model of Savotta (right) carries now the bitkit and a small folding knife.

Original Leatherman leather-pouch lasted me aroun 3 years. Original leatherman cloth-pouch with velcro lasted me about 6 years. This one feels like it may last 36 years. Only time will tell. Even the velcro feels a lot more robust than any other I've used.

WOW. This thing feels bulletproof. Ordered one to Canada on a whim after searching for something interchangeable between a regular belt and MOLLE. Leaps and bounds ahead of anything else on the market. Replaced my OEM leatherman sheath and won’t be looking back.
Brilliant bit of kit to replace my trusted original Leatherman sheath. Fit is snug enough for Leatherman Wave. Setting up as belt holster (for FDF leather belt) was a bit fiddly, but doable due to tight tolerances. Craftmanship is good, so you get what you pay for.
Another "simple" product on the market that one would think can't be improved a a lot. But it can, this is better than other multitool pouches I have had. Solid construction, easy to use and not snagging in belt (keep it front of the holster). Can hold Leatherbois and Gerburs alike. Great product again Savotta, easy to recommend.
Super simple and easy, you get exactly what you see. Single strong webbing loop with some elastic siding that will hold everything up to a medium sized pepper spray.
