I've been really happy with the Savotta accessories I've added to my pack. Everything feels well thought out, durable, and genuinely useful in the field. Side Pouch 4L is fantastic for carrying a day's food ration. The extra capacity is incredibly useful on longer hikes.
Great pouch, tried in my kahakka 25 sidepocket.. perfekt match. On the pictures SDF Rain coat and SDF stove.
bought them mainly to carry a 1.5 Liter water bottle in them and they are doing it perfectly.
All I can say is that it lives up to the standards that I need it’s very adaptable to all my situations. I need it for the qualities is really good. I think this is great that I can adapt for lots of different things.
Just back from weekend hike with overbight in a hut. 20km distance, 1299m uphill. Gear: Jääkäri L, 4l and 6l pouch and multittol pouch. Third party first aid kit, etc. Off course Savotta gear held up nicely. I could save a kilo or two over other packs, but loose robustness and flexibility. The molle system is just great. Improvement requests: Maybe a carbon frame for the Jääkäri, and more importantly, please sew the water bladder strap on the other way around (see photo 2).

Ich nutze die Taschen für mein modulares System. Entweder am Kantamus als Erweiterung oder am Hatka. Der kleine Hatka sieht natürlich etwas komisch aus mit beiden Taschen, aber die Erweiterung ist enorm und man pumpt das Kerlchen gleich mal auf 18L auf. Die Taschen passen aber genau hinauf. Im Fall der Fälle, kann eine oder beide Taschen zusätzlich als Notgepäck getragen werden. Was vlt. noch fehlt ist eine Flauschfläche in den Taschen.
