Complete shoulder strap assembly of the Kahakka packs. Compatible with most packs/bags with D-ring or similar top attachment for backpack shoulder straps, such as our Keikka duffle bags and Hatka backpacks.
This is the complete shoulder strap assembly of the Kahakka backpacks, compatible with many of our and others packs and backs due to the simple yet universal webbing and buckle attachment system. Includes left and right shoulder strap, bottom straps and sternum strap.
The outer side is 500D Cordura, the body side is stretchy Cordura Comfort, and between the two is a layer of relatively thin but properly dense 50 kg/m2 closed cell foam. These will not collapse and flatten under heavier loads, as some “softer and nicer” closed cell foams may do.
The 25 mm webbing is bartacked all the way through the shoulder straps at many points from end to end. The loops formed by the bartacks offer a means to securely attach the sternum strap, which can be moved up or down or removed entirely as desired.

The shoulder straps have replaced the originals on a Turkish army Alice pack. They fitted easily, look good and are comfortable.

ich liebe euern Gurt und für die nächste Tasche bestelle ich auf jeden Fall wieder bei euch. Ich habe ihn ein wenig modifiziert und jetzt passt er sehr gut zum diy Lederrucksack.
Ist es möglich von dem Gurtband 2m zusätzlich zu bekommen?

I’ve been running the Savotta Kahakka Harness on my Savotta Hatka 12L ever since I started carrying more than just the pack itself. With the 2×2 and 3×3 pouches, or even the 4 L side pouches, this harness is a godsend.
The wider, padded straps actually make a difference over long walks, and the chest clip keeps everything stable. Comfort, stability, and simplicity — exactly what a small pack needs when you push its limits.
Seriously, it transforms the Hatka from a light scout pack into a reliable, all-day carrier.
I use the Kahakka backpack harness with the Hatka 12L. It's much more comfortable to carry now than with the included straps. I wish my JÄÄKÄRI M Backpack had these straps too!
Bought these for my Hatka but I have them on my Keikka, either way they are great.
I have some 25mm carabiners (from the Keikka shoulder strap - special order) added to make the mounting easier.
Ich habe lange überlegt ob ich mir diese Gurte holen soll. Gott sei dank hab ich es getan!
Hatte an meinem Hatka zuvor die flachen Gurte von Varusteleka und die sind schon ein deutlicher Unterschied zu den mitgelieferten Riemchen. Aber bei mehr Gewicht spürt man die Last deutlich. Mit diesen hier hat sich das Thema erledigt. Wirklich toll.
