Full description

The S-IFAK mount is a tubular, open-ended sleeve design with adjustable elastic cord retention. There are no buckles, zippers or hook-and-loop going on here, only the adjustable shock cord tightening the ends of the mount to keep the insert in place.

The loop surface on the outside allow attachment of patches and identifiers. The cross patch is made from loop fabric, allowing you to attach patches over it if needed.

Vertical alignment is ideal for carry on a vest or chest rig, the side of your body armour, or pack. The PALS attachment straps are not weavable into 50 mm belt loops as on many of our pouches, as carrying a tall pouch like this directly on a regular belt doesn’t really make too much sense.

One of the Best ifak pouch I own (and the other Best is the horizontal one). The insert seat perfectly in there and the pouch attachment solution is very versatile.
