The S-IFAK insert is a full size IFAK insert, designed around a particular set of contents. It folds up and closes via hook-and-loop, allowing some adjustment range depending on the content. Each end of the insert has a webbing pull-out tab.
Made for use with our S-IFAK mounts, but the S-IFAK insert can also be carried in your pack, leg pocket or any GP pouch of suitable size.

Very nice IFAK. Very similar concept to mag pouch inserts but a much more competent size. I especially like how there are no zippers that could break or snag on the contents when opening.
Celox rapid z-fold was still difficult to fit in and I ended up placing it behind the chest seals. According to the product pictures combat gauze seems to fit better, so keep that in mind if you're carrying hemostatic gauze.
Fits everything the IFAK needs. Versatile enough to allow small variations in content. Is kind of snug to fit into the pocket, but still easy to get out when needed.
