Fits in the belt like a nyrkki in the silmään..
Designed in Finland. Produced in the EU. Used by the FDF. Trusted worldwide.
Horizontally aligned PALS and belt attachable mount for our S-IFAK insert. Tubular design, open on both ends, with adjustable elastic cord retention.
Attachment option:

The S-IFAK mount is a tubular, open-ended sleeve design with adjustable elastic cord retention. There are no buckles, zippers or hook-and-loop going on here, only the adjustable shock cord tightening the ends of the mount to keep the insert in place.
The loop surface on the outside allows attachment of patches and identifiers. The cross patch is made from loop fabric, allowing you to attach patches over it if needed.
Horizontal alignment is ideal for carrying it on the back of your belt. The PALS attachment can be woven to form 50 mm belt loops for attachment directly onto a belt or attached to any PALS surface.
For dangler mounting: check out our Dangler adapters. For the horizontal S-IFAK mount you need the Vertical dangler adapter.

As a dog handler on driven hunts, I rely on the S-IFAK for both canine and human first aid. It’s compact and unobtrusive, yet still provides enough room for all the essentials I need in the field.

Have been using the Multicam S-IFAK for a while now, and it exceeded expectations for me personally. Plenty of spice whilst still being compact. Easy pull-out system, quickly deployed. Barely feeling it on my belt. Been used in the field and CQB circumstances, flawless.

In combination with the insert this is one of the best ifaks I know so far, not the smallest, but for me perfect.
