Is your backpack broken, equipment damaged, or do you need personalized modifications?

With the help of Savotta's product repair service, you can get your equipment back to field-ready condition. The repair service is intended for minor damage that can be repaired, such as a broken buckle or zipper, a hole or a broken seam.

Savotta products can also be modified and tuned according to your needs.

Please note that for now this service is only available in Finland.

<li>Title e-mail: "Repair product name"</li>

<li>Include the product name and describe what has happened, highlighting any faults or damages. If you would like a feature to be modified, please mention that as well</li>

<li<If possible, include an overview of the product along with clear close-up photos of the damage. You may send more than one picture if necessary</li>

<li>If the product has a label, send a picture of it on both sides as well. The label shows the brand and model of the product, as well as the date of manufacture. For backpacks, it’s usually located on the inside of the mouth opening</li>

<li>Once we receive this information, our experts will evaluate the product and determine if it can be repaired. You’ll then receive a cost estimate for the repair</li>

<li>You will receive a repair offer and further instructions from our team within 1-5 days by e-mail after we assess your case</li>

<li>Please note that we only repair and modify products manufactured by Savotta</li>
