Varjelus

The Varjelus is a sensible, modular general purpose plate carrier system. Compatible
with common aftermarket accessories, scalable with additional armour add-ons
and carries well with typical moderate loads.

Nothing too peculiar, but that’s the point. The Varjelus system is a combination of
sensible features and scalability that result in a decent workhorse for a wide
range of end-users.

In Finland or Estonia to be exact. We want to be as transparent as possible about this, how we manufacture our gear and from where we source our materials is both a matter of pride and values for us. Our stuff is not made to be cheap, it’s made to function and endure.

As is natural to us the Varjelus system is made with the typical Finnish end-user in mind. It shares a number of commonalities and is partially cross-compatible with
the current FDF issue M17 plate carrier system. The PALS placard is made to
work with tall RK/AK magazine pouches and the triple-double magazine pouch
placard fit both RK/AK and AR15 magazines.

The deep Finnish roots of the Varjelus system doesn’t make it any less suitable for any other end-user. At its core this is a highly scalable system compatible with
numerous aftermarket accessories, enabling you to adapt it to your needs.
