Customer returns within Finland must be handled through Posti using a return code.

Products ordered from the online shop can always be returned for 60 days, counting from the pick-up date of the order. The returned products must be unused, in the original packaging and fit for retail. All tags must still be attached to the products. The retail package must also be fit for retail, i.e. intact. Please add your contact information and order number in the package. Product returns within Finland in accordance with these terms are free of charge.

As regards returns from abroad to Finland, we will arrange a return label for the package. Please contact our customer service first: store [at] savotta.fi

The price of the purchase will be refunded once the product has arrived at the return address. Once the return has been accepted, the refund will be provided using the payment method of the original order. The customer will be refunded the price they originally paid for the product even if the product price has changed thereafter.

Neglecting or refusing to pick up or accept an order does not cancel the order or constitute exercising your right to return a product. Any return shipping costs caused by neglecting to pick up an order will be charged to the customer.
