    Customer returns within Finland must be handled through Posti using a return code.

    Products ordered from the online shop can always be returned for 60 days, counting from the pick-up date of the order.

    The returned products must be unused, in the original packaging and fit for retail. All tags must still be attached to the products. The retail package must also be fit for retail, i.e. intact. The package must also include your contact information and the order number. Product returns within Finland in accordance with these terms are free of charge.

    Regarding returns from abroad to Finland: the customer must always contact our customer service first.

    We will calculate the return fee, create a return label for you, and you can return your parcel to a GLS ParcelShop. The return fee will be deducted from the refund. The return fee is 9,90€ - 39,90€ depending on the order.

    The price of the purchase will be refunded once the product has arrived at the return address. Once the return has been accepted, the refund will be provided using the payment method of the original order. The customer will be refunded the price they originally paid for the product even if the product price has changed thereafter.

    Neglecting or refusing to pick up or accept an order does not cancel the order or constitute exercising your right to return a product. Any return shipping costs caused by neglecting to pick up an order will be charged to the customer.
