You can order our products from our online shop at www.savotta.fi. In the context of every order, we send an e-mail confirmation that lists the price of the order, shipping costs and the products ordered. Receipt of the order confirmation requires listing an e-mail address when placing the order. Upon every order, the customer must commit to the effective terms of delivery.
If you have a discount code to the online shop, enter the code in the designated field before confirming the order. As a general rule, you can only use the same discount code once, and the code must be valid when the order is placed. You cannot redeem a discount after making an order.
If you wish to cancel your order, please be in contact with our customer service. If the order is already delivered, it is not possible to cancel it. Please notice, that modifications to your order are not possible after it has been made, even if it has not been shipped yet.
Orders are usually shipped within 1–3 weekdays. If a product is temporarily out of stock, we will send notification by e-mail. Once the package has been sent, you will be e-mailed a tracking code for following the path of the delivery. When the package is ready for pick-up, you will receive an arrival notification. Please provide your telephone number when placing the order.
Finn-Savotta Oy cannot be held liable for any indirect costs caused to the customer by delivery delays or purchase cancellations. However, consumer customers are entitled to invoke their rights under the Consumer Protection Act with regard to delays in product delivery.
After receipt of the delivery, the customer must immediately check that the delivery contains all ordered products. In the event of deficiencies in a product or delivery, our customer service (email@example.com) must be notified as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days.

We cannot be held liable for delays or damage caused by impediments that could not be reasonably anticipated or the consequences of which could not be avoided. Force majeure refers to a surprising and unexpected event that prevents the performance of the agreement. Examples of a force majeure event are labour disputes, employees falling ill, import and export bans, interruptions in public data connections, and power outages. If a force majeure condition persists for more than a month, both the vendor and customer are entitled to cancel the deal without any damages or delay penalties.
OBVIOUS PRICE ERRORS
We reserve the right to cancel an order in the case of an obvious and substantial error in pricing. An obvious price error means a case where the product price listed in the online shop deviates significantly from the actual price of the product in question.
The following lists examples of obvious price errors:
- the price of a product is listed as €0.00 or there is no price
- the price of a product worth hundreds of euros is listed as €59.90, for example (decimal errors)
In the examples provided above, the erroneous price deviates so clearly from the actual price that the customer is expected to understand the error.
We reserve the right to make changes to our terms of delivery. Before placing an order, the customer must study the effective terms of delivery.
Finn-Savotta Oy processes all customer details in full confidence.
Customer returns within Finland must be handled through Posti using a return code.
Products ordered from the online shop can always be returned for 60 days, counting from the pick-up date of the order. The returned products must be unused, in the original packaging and fit for retail. All tags must still be attached to the products. The retail package must also be fit for retail, i.e. intact. Product returns within Finland in accordance with these terms are free of charge.
As regards returns from abroad to Finland, the customer must handle the shipping in a suitable manner and cover the resulting costs.
The price of the purchase will be refunded once the product has arrived at the return address. Once the return has been accepted, the refund will be provided using the payment method of the original order. The customer will be refunded the price they originally paid for the product even if the product price has changed thereafter.
Neglecting or refusing to pick up or accept an order does not cancel the order or constitute exercising your right to return a product. Any return shipping costs caused by neglecting to pick up an order will be charged to the customer.

All Finn-Savotta Oy’s products are covered by a warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty takes effect when the customer gains possession of the product and remains effective for the period of time indicated in the product details (our website and retail package). If you have a complaint regarding a product, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please specify in detail how the product is deficient or damaged, what happened and when the product was purchased. Attach to the e-mail a receipt and photos of the defect and the product label indicating when the product was manufactured. The more information we have at the start of the processing, the faster we can rectify the situation!
In complaint cases covered by warranty, we generally offer the following compensation alternatives:
- Repairing the product, if possible
- Replacing the defective product with a new one, if it cannot be repaired
Please make sure that you have observed the product’s usage and installation instruction as the warranty only covers defects in materials and manufacture. The warranty does not cover normal wear or faults resulting from incorrect use.
