KUPILKA on Pohjois-Karjalan Pyytivaaralta kotoisin oleva perheyritys, jonka juuret ovat suomalaisissa perinteissä ja jota ohjaavat vahvat ekologiset arvot. 1990-luvun lopulla perustettu yritys oli ensimmäisten joukossa, jotka omaksuivat vihreät arvot yritystoiminnassa. KUPILKA kehitti materiaalistaan entistäkin kestävämpää vuonna 2024, jolloin uudistettu Kareline® BioNFC -materiaali lanseerattiin.

Perfect cup for take away coffee in the city or in nature .. great to buy things produced in Europe ! Love it … together with my Savotta kahakka always on the trail ..

At last! I now own a Kupilka, and it serves its purpose perfectly as a container for my morning coffee. But seriously, it’s perfect - it doesn’t burn my fingers when the contents are steaming hot, yet it dissipates heat quickly enough that I don’t fall asleep before the first sip. The Savotta branding only adds to the cool factor. I love it.
I am extremely enthusiastic about the quality of the house of Savotta...
Wish there were more manufacturers of normal everyday life who would just as much like their standards for quality and commitment...

I bought this while browsing when buying another product. It wasn’t my main purchase.
I was attracted first and foremost to the shape and colour. Reading further, I was intrigued by the material.
I haven’t used it “in the field” yet, but I have enjoyed drinking coffee out of it in my armchair.
The pleasure of brewing up outdoors awaits.
I am told Finnish reindeer herders use them. I’m sure they are discriminating customers too.
It does add some "extra taste" to hot beverages (i.e. coffee). This was expected and did not surprise since it is no ceramic/glass. I hope this wears off with time.
A bit pricey for a piece of what looks like wood but is indeed “plastic”. I was expecting a wooden cup which is more suitable for the outdoors in my opinion. In a nut shell, too expensive. Understanding that it is produced from natural fiber composite… i prefer wood.
