Keskikokoinen kuuden litran sivutasku repuille ja rinkoille yksinkertaisella sisätilan lokeroinnilla ja pidikkeillä repun sivukompressiohihnoille.
Just sitä mitä repun sivutaskulta tarvitsee, ei sen ihmeempää. Kankaalla peitetty vetoketju on suojassa vedeltä, lialta ja kulumalta. Pystysuorat nauhalenkit taskun etuseinämässä pitävät repun sivukompressiohihnat siististi paikoillaan taskun päällä, kompressioiden tasaisesti myös taskua repun itsensä lisäksi. Näitä voi myös käyttää esim. kuminyöristöjen ja karabiinihakojen kiinnitykseen.
25 mm nauhalenkki ja D-rengas takaseinämän yläreunassa toimivat varmistuspisteenä pienille arvotavaroille, litteä sisälokero tarjoaa yksinkertaista organisointia pientavaroille. Pohja ja sivujen alaosat ovat vahvistettu 210D-vuorikankaalla. Vedenpoistoaukko taskun pohjassa hoitaa taskuun mahdollisesti päässeen veden ulos.
PALS-kiinnitys
Takapuolelta löytyy meidän tavanomaiset PALS-kiinnikkeet taitettavilla päillä. Keskimmäiset vaakasuorat kujanauhat on jätetty pois, ne eivät tarjonneet muuta kuin ylimääräistä painoa. Vaikka me ei olla mikään ultralight-varusteiden valmistaja niin ei me silti turhasta painosta tykätä.
Taskun kahden pystysuoran PALS-kiinnikenauhan väliin jää noin 9 cm rako, tämä mahdollistaa kirveiden, vapojen jne. kantamisen taskun taakse sujautettuna.
Optimaalinen kiinnitys vaatii neljä kujaa leveän ja kuusi (väh. viisi) nauhariviä korkean PALS-kujaston. Repun sivukompresiohihnat estävät kiristettyinä taskun ja sen sisällön mahdollisen hölskymisen.
6L side pouch sopii kaikkiin Jääkäri- ja Kantamus-sarjan reppuihin. Repuissa joissa on vähemmän kuin kuusi riviä PALS-nauhakujastoa sivuilla taskun pohja voi “roikkua”. Voit antaa sivukompressiohihnan hoitaa tämän, tai voit kiinnittää taskun askeleen korkeammalle.
Käyttöesimerkkejä
Tämmöisenä keskikokoisena taskuna tämä kuusilitrainen malli on justiinsa sellainen jonka olettaisi näkevän 30-80 litraisen repun kyljessä. Tässä muutama esimerkki siitä mitä tämmöiseen sopii pakata:
1) Iso laavukangas ja tarvikkeet
2) Riippumatto ja underquilt
3) Kevyt topattu taukotakki ja -housut tai sadepuku

A very versatile pouch with surprisingly much space. The internal pocket and carabiner loop make it easy to organize smaller items, and I mainly used it for gear I wanted to access quickly. It fits the Savotta Kantamus 40 perfectly and sits very close to the pack if you route the side compression straps through the MOLLE webbing. One thing to keep in mind: because the pouch covers almost the entire side of the Kantamus, the lower side pocket becomes difficult to use. Overall, a very practical and well-designed addition to the pack.
I like those pouches, fits nicely with my Kantamus 60L (even with backpack in green and pouches in Brown), now I can also use then with K40. Awesome stuff, i can even attach one of them flat on my bicycle’s rack. Totally recommend.
I use the Savotta Side Pouch 6L on my Savotta Kantamus 40L backpack. These pouches allow me to quickly increase the volume of my pack. Thanks to the MOLLE system, they're quick to attach and detach. The pouches are large enough to perfectly accommodate an Optimus cooking system and plenty of other small items.
In my opinion, the Side Pouch 6L is the best possible size for the Kantamus 40L, as the larger sizes might be too long.
The pouches are very well made, from the same material as many Savotta backpacks. They don't have any internal compartments; there's just a small, flat pocket sewn into the inside of the back panel, which doesn't take up any space. There's also a key loop with a D-ring. Simple but effective.
The pouches are very practical and allow for customization of a Savotta backpack.
On first inspection, relying on my Military and Fireservice background, i thought the 6L side pouch maybe to small for my needs.
However after talking to Savotta they convinced me to take two and try them out.... and their advice was second to none, the 6L is perfect for my needs.
I'm extremely pleased to be wrong!.
The pouch swallows two water bottles and my mess kit, with extra room for a decent welfare/first aid pouch.
Furthermore it attaches to my Kantamus extremely well and very securely. Its perfect fit and connection prevents any molle "Webbing Wobble". As such so i do not need to use bungee/elastics to prevent the pouch excessively moving and making any unwanted noise.

The 6L also comes with a generous internal pocket and secure point with an added "D, Ring" for you to clip any essential items to.
Well designed, extremely robust add on for any compatable Bergen.
In all honesty its a "Must Buy" bit of kit.

My Savotta Jääkäri S backpack has 6L pouches on either side. The backpack has seen all kinds of uses I have it with me when I go hunting, hiking, fishing and i also use it in my mandatory conscript service in the finnish defence forces (thats why i have it in M05 camo). the backpack and sidepouches are quite expensive but if you invest in a good backpack you never have to worry about it breaking on you. Savotta has very good materials and it is made to last from father to son. I would love to see M04 camopattern on theese savotta products!
Hyvä pussi. Mahtuu juuri 31cm pitkä revolveri sen sisäpussiin, että saa helposti kahvasta kiinni ja vielä muutakin tavaraa, kuten luoteja, etäisyysmittari, aurinkolasikotelo... Koristelin vähän omaani, kun siinä ei ollut M05-lumicamokuviota valitettavasti.
I have two of these for my Jääkäri L and think they are excellent, at first I was afraid of them being to big, but the size is perfect and are easily compressed by the straps of the jääkäri, also the vertical webbing is perfect for attaching pullcord.

Thank you for asking whether everything was fine with my order. Unfortunately, I have to say that this was not the case.
I only placed my order because of the advertised promotion – a free patch when entering a specific code. In a second order, I intended to purchase the “Jäger L.” However, the patch was not included. When I reported this to your customer support, I was told that I had used the code incorrectly. I see this differently, as I entered it exactly as described.
Because of this disappointing experience, I have since purchased the backpack I had originally intended to order from you from another retailer. It might not make a difference for your company, but I was really disappointed.. :(
